M&M'S
First Baptist Church is blessed with
wonderful leadership from the retired population who
contribute greatly to the ministry of the church.
One such organization is the M&M Group. The
name stands for "The More The Merrier". They meet
monthly to share a meal, experience great fellowship and
great speakers or entertainment. The meeting
places vary from lakeside to covered dishes in the
Fellowship Hall.
The M&M's also travel together and
have logged immeasurable miles and hours together for
great fun, fellowship and sights. The membership is open
to all who would come and have many from surrounding
churches who join them for each and every event.
Keenager Choir
The Keenager Choir meets weekly with the
exception of summer months. The membership is open
to all who would come. The choir learns songs
which they share with nursing homes throughout the
county.
