We believe there is no greater stewardship entrusted to us as a church than the responsibility of teaching God's Word.  In our educational ministries at First Baptist, the Bible is more than a storybook or a text book..it is a Life Book.  And whether our trained teachers and leaders are instructing children, youth, or adults, our Christian education leadership has ensured that they are using methods, and materials that will convey the Bible in a style that is fresh, relevant, and understandable.

For the younger ages, our learning-integrated Sunday School program extends well beyond the confines of the classroom to encourage children toward Christlikeness in their homes, their schools, and their relationships with friends and peers.  Similarly, our youth minister helps to set standards in education whereby middle and senior high students can make crucial life decisions without the pressure to conform to an artificial standard.  Our adult education opportunities are best described as "life-changing", giving parents, couples, family members, and professional people the tools they need to live a victorious Christian life every day of the week.

Most important, the process of Christian education at First Baptist is committed to strengthening the family, so each person may reach their full potential through Christ.
